Flight plan · Idea to launch

From raw idea to launched product

Three steps between your idea and a launched product. You stay in control at every one.

Step 01
Step 02
Step 03
Step 01 / 03

Get a full product discovery

Talk through your idea and get a product vision, a staged roadmap, technical specifications, an estimated budget, market research, and the exact roles your product needs.

Step 02 / 03

Get matched with your ideal team

We keep a pool of verified, world-class teams across the globe. You get matched not with whoever is free, but with the team whose skills and track record fit exactly your product and your goals.

Step 03 / 03

Build, stage by stage

You fund one stage at a time. The money sits with the platform while the team builds, and moves only after three approvals: the team submits, you accept, the platform verifies.

01 · The situation

You have the money and the idea. You have no way to check the work.

You have never launched a product, so you cannot read a proposal, cannot tell whether "we are on track" is true, and cannot judge the thing you are paying for until it is too late to judge it.

It usually goes wrong the same way. The package looked complete. One person on the team could not actually do the job. The critical feature broke days before it mattered, and nobody took responsibility. The money was gone, and finding a replacement in a panic cost more than the original work.

Everything on this page exists to make that week impossible.

02 · How the money moves

You pay only for verified, high‑quality results.

It leaves your account before work starts, so the team knows it is real. It stops at the platform, so you know it is safe. One stage at a time, never the whole project.

The platform verifies

You fund stage one. Your money transfers under the platform's guard, where neither side can move it alone. Work is not authorized until it is there.

The team builds, and now both of you are committed. They cannot claim the money without finishing, and you cannot withdraw it mid stage. Nobody is working on promises.

Three approvals close the stage, in order, and yours cannot be skipped. You accept against a checklist agreed before work started, not on a feeling.

Only then does the money move. The team is paid for that stage, minus the platform's fee, which comes out of the stage and never on top. Then you decide whether to fund the next one.

03 · Before you spend

A full product discovery, before you spend anything.

Describe your idea the way you would to a friend. Your technical guide, part analyst, part strategy advisor, turns it into a product vision and a plan you can actually judge.

A staged roadmap with a budget range and a stack, before any money

05 · Judging the work

You judge each stage against a checklist, not a feeling.

Every stage is funded against acceptance criteria you agreed in advance. You do not need to be technical to judge them: each criterion is something you can open, click, or see.

Criteria are fixed and funded before work starts
Progress is the share of criteria met, not confident talk
Rejection must name a criterion, on either side
No timer on you: the stage waits until you accept
Stage 3 of 5
Booking and payments
$9,500 held
Search returns available sitters within a chosen radius
A booking completes end to end in the test copy
A declined payment shows a clear error, not a blank screen
An owner can cancel inside the policy window
Everything runs on a private test copy you can open yourself
0 of 5 criteria met

To reject, you name the criterion that failed. So does the team.

06 · What you own

You own what you paid for, the moment you pay for it.

Ownership of each stage's work transfers to you when that stage's money is released. Software has no body, so we give it one: every stage ends in something you can open, run, or sign.

YOURS STAGE 01
A plan and a contract

The roadmap you approved is the contract annex. Same words, same criteria, no retelling.

YOURS STAGE 02
A working test copy

A private copy of your product you can open and try before you accept a stage.

YOURS STAGE 03
Source code and design files

Handed over as stages are paid, not held hostage at the end of the project.

YOURS STAGE 04
The launched product

Live, and everything you paid for stays yours in every scenario, including termination.

07 · If it goes wrong

If you disagree, someone neutral decides.

Either side can open a dispute. Only the disputed stage freezes: its money stays held while a neutral arbiter reads the contract, the criteria, and the record you both worked on, and decides where the held funds go.

One stage freezes, never the whole project
Both positions are heard; the decision cites the record

08 · What it costs

One fee. 15% of each funded stage.

No subscription and no plans. The plan and the matching cost nothing. The fee comes out of the stage amount, not on top of it, and we earn it only when work is delivered. Shown on every funding screen before you pay, and disclosed to the team before it accepts the stage.
You fund a stage$5,000.00
Platform fee, 15%- $750.00
The team receives$4,250.00

Held and paid out through Stripe. USD, EUR, and USDC.

support@crewsforge.com
Where exactly is my money while the work happens?

Held by the platform with our payment processor, Stripe, one stage at a time, until you accept that stage. It never sits with the team. This is escrow as a payment flow we operate, not a regulated escrow service: held funds are not a deposit, are not insured, and earn no interest.

What happens if the team stops delivering?

The funds for the current stage stay held, and unfunded stages have nothing committed. You reject the stage against the criterion that was not met. If that does not settle it, either side opens a dispute and a neutral arbiter decides how the held funds are allocated.

How long do I have to review a submitted stage?

As long as you need. There is no timer and no automatic approval. The stage waits for you, and its money stays held until you accept.

What does it cost?

15% of each funded stage, taken out of the stage amount. You fund $5,000, the team receives $4,250, and $750 is the platform's fee. No subscription, and nothing to pay for the plan or the matching.

Who checks the teams?

Our operators review every team before it can take work: the company is verified documentally, and a team can complete an extended verification of every member to earn its badge. Matching is done by a person.

Can I bring my own team?

Yes. They join the platform, go through the same review, and work under the same contract, holding, and acceptance rules. You keep your people and gain the record and the protections; they stop self-serving contracts, invoicing, and payment chasing.

Can I take the team off the platform afterwards?

Not during a project and for 12 months after its last stage: work in that scope runs through the platform. This rule keeps the record, and every protection attached to it, in one place, and it binds the team the same way it binds you.

Which currencies do you support?

USD, EUR, and USDC. Payments, holding, and payouts run on Stripe, wherever Stripe pays out.

What does the platform not do?

We do not build, manage, or supervise your product, we do not guarantee an outcome or a match, and we are not a bank, an escrow agent, or a law firm. Our job is the plan, the review of teams, the holding of stage funds, the acceptance procedure, and the dispute process.
